This policy explains what information DealsKoti ("we", "us") collects when you use DealsKoti, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you browse the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. When you contact us or buy Exclusive Deals access, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, mobile number and Telegram username.

How we use it

We use your details only to provide the service you asked for: replying to your message, giving you access to the private Telegram channel, sending payment confirmations and handling support or refund requests. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.

Cookies and third parties

We use a small session cookie to keep forms secure, and your browser may store your light/dark theme choice. When you click a product link, you go to Amazon.in, which may set its own cookies to track the referral. Amazon's privacy notice applies on their site.

Data retention

We keep payment records for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law. You can ask us to delete your contact messages or other personal data at any time by emailing us.
